THE FIT: The BELLINI style is a full length flare pant, with a slimming fit in the thigh and a dramatic flare!
Inseam 34”. Model on pictures is 5’8” and wearing a size 0. Model on video is 5’9” and wearing a size 0.
THE FABRIC: The Avenue Montaigne Signature fabric will offer you incomparable comfort during all seasons. Very soft to the touch, it has a natural fluidity that will sublimate all silhouettes. True to size. Please contact us for more information about this fabric.
CARE: All our fabrics may be hand washed or delicate cycle with cold water.
HOW TO CHOOSE: Our pants, skirts and dresses are true to size. Returns & Exchanges Policy
At The Augusta Clothing Company, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our return and exchange guidelines below. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Refund Method & Timeframes
Refunds will only be processed to the original form of payment. Cash refunds are provided only for original cash transactions and cannot be issued to an alternate payment method.
- Within 14 days full refunds can be processed
- After 14 days returns are eligible for store credit or exchange for the same or greater value.
- After 30 days no exchanges or returns.
Return Condition & Non-Returnable Items
All merchandise must be returned: Unworn and unaltered, in original condition, with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted. The following items are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange: Special orders, altered items, items with removed or damaged return tags.
Returns & Refund Processing
Both online and in-store purchases may be returned by mail. All returns are inspected upon arrival. If approved, processing may take up to 5 business days after receiving it at our facility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business depending on your financial institution.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@theaugustaclothingcompany.com. Include Proof of purchase, Item(s) to be returned or exchanged and reason for returns. A member of The Augusta Clothing Company team will promptly assist you.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound
