Returns & Exchanges Policy
At The Augusta Clothing Company, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our return and exchange guidelines below. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Refund Method & Timeframes
Refunds will only be processed to the original form of payment. Cash refunds are provided only for original cash transactions and cannot be issued to an alternate payment method.
- Within 14 days full refunds can be processed
- After 14 days returns are eligible for store credit or exchange for the same or greater value.
- After 30 days no exchanges or returns.
Return Condition & Non-Returnable Items
All merchandise must be returned: Unworn and unaltered, in original condition, with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted. The following items are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange: Special orders, altered items, items with removed or damaged return tags.
Returns & Refund Processing
Both online and in-store purchases may be returned by mail. All returns are inspected upon arrival. If approved, processing may take up to 5 business days after receiving it at our facility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business depending on your financial institution.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@theaugustaclothingcompany.com. Include Proof of purchase, Item(s) to be returned or exchanged and reason for returns. A member of The Augusta Clothing Company team will promptly assist you.
